If you have lost or misplaced a device containing Walleye Capital, LLC data (Slack, email, etc), you must create a ticket and inform the IT staff. This must be done as soon as possible.
It is important to report the loss or theft of any device that may contain or have access to proprietary or private information belonging to Walleye Capital, LLC. This includes laptops, cellular telephones, tablets, personal computers, or any other similar device, whether it is a personal device or owned by Walleye.
Quickly reporting a lost device helps us eliminate the potential of data loss or unauthorized access to Walleye resources. The Walleye IT staff will work with you to remotely erase company data and deauthorize the device for various internal accounts.
To report a lost device, you can use any of the following three methods:
- Call Walleye IT at (952) 345-5220 - Leave a voicemail if there is no answer.
- Send an email to sysadmins@walleyetrading.net
- Open a support ticket at https://walleye.zendesk.com
It is important the you follow up with the IT staff to make certain due attention is given. Once you have access to ZenDesk, please create a ticket for the incident if a member of IT hasn't created one on your behalf. This is important for auditing later.
