Note: If you are connecting from your home Mac you will have to install and use the Global Protect VPN client. See the article below for directions on how to install and use the VPN:

- Open the App Store from your Mac device.
Search for the 'Windows App'. See image below
- Once App has been downloaded and installed.
Windows App would need access to your camera and microphone. (This is optional, if allowed, this enables you to do video conferencing calls) NOTE: There will be delays.
- Once installed, the Windows App will open. See image.
Follow Prompts >> Next till completed.
- On the Home page of the Windows App, go the top right corner and select the '+' then select 'Add Work or School Account' as seen in the image below.
- The Office 365 Window will appear as seen below:
- Enter your credentials using the @walleyetrading.net account. (This allows the prompt for Okta MFA)
- Okta Verify Window will appear.
Use the credentials you would use to sign into you walleye.okta.com space.
- Once your account has been added, select the '+' tab in the top right corner and select 'Add PC'.
- As seen below, input your work device name
- Select the 'Use all monitors' option
- Once done, click the Add button.
Your Fish device should populate in the Windows App home page as seen below.
- Click the device, a window will prompt you for login credentials.
Enter as seen below
Username: walleyetrading\username
Password: (same password used to sign into office device)
Once credentials are accepted you will be loaded to your work device.
