- Finding Your Zoom Phone Number
Launch Zoom and sign in.
Click the Phone tab on the top ribbon.
Under the dialer, you will find a dropdown carrot which will reveal your direct and extension
2. Zoom Phone Forwarding
Open the Zoom client via OKTA → click Phone → Settings ⚙️.
Scroll to Call Handling & Forwarding.
Add External Number → enter your cell and a description ex: Max's Phone
Click Save and test. After zoom rings it should go right to your Cell Phone and prompt you to accept the call.
3. Zoom Auto-Launch
Open Zoom Client App → Top Right Initials → Settings → General.
Check “Start Zoom when I start Windows”.
